I had an amazing experience renting with Punta Cana Rent a Car! The online booking process was smooth, secure, and easy, and Nelson and his staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The car was in excellent condition, well-maintained, and comfortable for our entire family trip. The pickup and drop-off were hassle-free, and you take your own video of the car at the time of pickup to make sure any pre-existing damages are accounted for and agreed upon. One of the best parts of the entire experience was that they didn’t try to “upsell” additional services at the time of rental compared to other experiences I’ve had.
