Absolutely FANTASTIC service. Nelson texted me the day before my arrival and communicated with me all the way through my landing. The car was ready for me before I got there. It was very quick and straight forward. If you want to support a small business owner, with people who TRULY care about customer service and will go above and beyond to make your experience great, please go with them.I had an issue with my first car, Nelson drove all the way to our resort to trade me with another one. They even credited $30 back to my PayPal after I left and made it back to the USA.I only wanted to rent for the first 3 days of my trip so I returned my car after few days because I wanted to just enjoy the resort and do absolutely nothing. Not only did Nelson take me back to the resort for FREE, he also worked with me to get my family and I, transportation from the resort to PUJ.I will go with them every time I am in the area.
